Last month a vibrant young couple along with 170 of their closest friends and family made their wedding dreams come true on a Saturday evening right here in Kinston, North Carolina. They took a chance on us and booked THE. VERY. FIRST. EVER. wedding at the Wild Oaths Wedding Venue! What a pleasure and absolute privilege to host such an amazing, fun, beautiful, young couple. Their style and grace perfectly complemented the modern, industrial vibes of the venue space and the entire place was bursting with a benevolent energy all weekend long. The outdoor seated ceremony was simply breathtaking underneath the old pecan tree in the private gated courtyard in the back. The indoor seated reception spanned two floors and was catered by Sassool Mediterranean. Mother Earth’s Kolsch and hazy IPA brewed literally 2 blocks away served as the perfect balance to Sassool’s mouthwatering grilled kabobs, chickpea salad, and chicken shawarma pita. And of course the party kept on going even after the cake was cut and dessert was served. The DJ set up an outdoor dance floor centered in the middle of the courtyard and kept the good times rolling all throughout the night. Once everyone had their fill of food and drink, and had danced the night away, the whole party lined up for the newlywed’s send off and formed a gauntlet of shimmering sparklers and shining faces to send them off to Puerto Rico for the honeymoon!
